Shipping:

Free Shipping on all orders totaling $80.00 or more within the United States. 
All orders under $80.00 will be charged a flat rate of $7.00   

All orders will be shipped UPS ground.  For faster shipping:
Add $15.00 for UPS 2 Day Air
Add $25.00 for UPS Next Day Air

Outside the U.S.A. actual shipping rates will be determined for each order. 

To be eligible for a refund, all products, opened and unopened, must be returned within 90 days of purchase in the original packaging.  Any product received as a promotional offer must also be returned or you will be charged for the product kept.  Return shipping is the customers responsibility and we do not refund any shipping that you may have been charged at the time of purchase.   Shipping insurance is a good idea when returning products as we can not accept responsibility for lost items. Damaged Goods Policy:

If a product arrives damaged, we will pay for the return shipping to the supplier.  Once received we will replace the product at no charge to the customer.   

Back-order Policy:

If a product is on back-order, we will alert you with the estimated shipping date.  Once we have your approval we will place and hold the order until we receive the product back in stock.  We then ship your order ASAP.
